Magic City Farm still has its old Florida charm, but there's a brand new look.

The 1920s farmhouse, cottages and boathouse have changed their appearance and style. The farmhouse is now a dusty pink, the boathouse a teal blue, and the cottages are varied shades of off-white with much more simplicity. Porch floors are now white or stained with muted tones. Interiors have changed too and the lush tropical greenery has been trimmed back. The cottages have more open spaces around them, and appear to almost float in the landscape. New vintage outdoor furniture with different colours completes the scene.

The Little River still flows quietly along the property and there are more photographic opportunities with less busy backgrounds. The property is available for weekly stays, photo or film shoots, and special events.
