Delicatessen Moscow take offline

Barely one year old, this hidden treasure recently won TimeOut’s 'Best Gastronomic Café Award', which isn’t much of a surprise seeing as the owners work as regular staff.

A master in chemistry in the kitchen, a bar guru who has taught almost every existing bartender in town to mix it right, an exotic looking restaurant expert greeting the guests and talking wine, and a cultural studies scholar as a waiter. All of this results in the best burgers in town, unique homemade pasta, inventive oak-aged cocktails and a range of delicious infusions and an ambiance that makes guests forget this is Moscow.
