Vishesh Verma graduated as a graphic designer from the renowned National Institute of Design (NID), India, and soon after worked towards becoming a fashion photographer. Fast becoming a player in the wider world, he has worked for clients beyond India, shooting in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the United States, Europe, Hong Kong, Africa, Egypt and the Maldives.
Vishesh has a rare ability to create fantasy so that everyone present is momentarily enthralled and mesmerised during a shoot. Afterwards, no one is quite certain what took place, but then the pictures appear that capture that elusive "crush" and are packed with infatuation. They make beautiful women more beautiful than it seems possible, and the viewer feels their comfort and their strength.
His range of clients includes the most renowned advertising agencies in Mumbai, Delhi, Dubai, Bangalore and Calcutta as well as the biggest fashion magazines and fashion/apparel design houses. Parallel to an ever-ascendant commercial career, Vishesh’s first love has always been - and remains - fashion. Pick up almost any Indian issue of Elle, L’Officiel, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Marie Claire, People, Filmfare, Verve or Femina over the last seven years and his work can be seen.
