In comes my first line of defense, a very tight and comprehensive production - thank you Kim Handley! Gathering as much intel as possible. Choosing the right team. Planning for all eventualities. Making sure the troops were fed during 12hr-plus shooting days. Assistants doubling up on duties (getting in front of the camera as needed). Did it prevent the occasional road kill - not quite... see attached shot of my fab digi tech and 1st assistant during one of our very short breaks. End result - over delivered with 45 great shots!"
