Miro has a classic arts education, having graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava – College of Sculpture and Restoration. He began his career in advertising as an art director where he spent more than fifteen years before diverging into photography.
His education has left an obvious mark on his work, providing him with a keen sense of space, colour and detail. As a photographer, he brings his artistic insight to every one of his pictures. Performing a majority of his own postproduction, his photographs are imbued with his vision from beginning to end.
He is represented worldwide by Pavleye.
