Being mentored in the field from the age of 10, JD is highly regarded for his technical prowess, versatility, and retouching abilities, but is known for his attention to detail with conceptualizing and execution.
Having worked as an assistant for industry giants like Steven Meisel and David Sims, JD quickly resolved a way to create comparable image results at a fraction of the cost of those massive budget productions.
JD is proud to be a part of the new wave of photographer that puts emphasis on craft, creativity, professionalism, and kindness. He splits his time evenly between New York City and Miami.
