Max Libertine is an up-and-coming commercial fashion and editorial photographer, based in Dresden, Germany. His work focuses on swimwear and lingerie editorials photographed with natural light against stunning backdrops around the world.
His photo stories tell of free-spirited men and women living adventurous lives filled with beaches and travel. While his compositions are strongly influenced by the aesthetics of some of the greatest contemporary photographers in women's’ photography, Max strives to keep the appearance of his protagonists authentic and natural. His goal for a successful shoot is to “create a vivid experience for the subject, from which a great shot is derived," as opposed to constructing artificial poses. His style is honest, elegant and timeless, with fine sensual aesthetics.
Max is a self-taught photographer with a successful background as a FinTech serial-entrepreneur and engineer. He is a digital native and part-time digital nomad. His professional career in photography started in 2017 when he began offering unique “brand photo production experiences” to selected brands.
Max has worked with well-known clients such as Maison-Close, Verde Limon Swimwear, Khongboon Swimwear, Fifth Sense Lingerie, Beija London, Sonoire, Ecostinger, Elite Lisbon, Boss Models Cape Town, A1 Bangkok, Lions Magazine and Volo Magazine, to name a few.
