Klaus-Maria Einwanger is a food photographer with studios based in Munich and London.
The photos featured in this Spotlight show a range of food images produced on location over the past two years at Trinity Restaurant in Clapham, London. He described his recent work for Adam Byatt's book ‘How to eat in' as "an immense pleasure to shoot."
