Still on a baking tip following the huge success of Paul Hollywood's 'How to Bake', Peter Cassidy shot 'Bread' by Bloomsbury Books to accompany Paul's solo BBC TV series.

He also shot the new Leith's cookery course for Quadrille books, picking up many new culinary skills in the process.

June sees a trip to the Holy Land via Brooklyn shooting a book on Palestinian food.
