Centrally located in the Photo District, Camart maintains an excellent reputation.
It recently added a daylight studio with 50 feet of north-facing windows and 1,000 square feet of shooting space; the main studio offers 3,000 square feet of shooting space. Both studios have 12-foot ceilings, 200 amps of power, dedicated phone and fax lines and DSL, a kitchen, make-up room, dressing room and client lounge. And both studios are equipped with various type of cameras and lights, Profoto, Hensel, Octabank, beauty dishes, super booms, camera stands, tripods, stands and backgrounds.
Digital equipment includes PhaseOne systems, H25, P25+ and P45+, as well as two G5 Quad Dual Core 2.5Ghz Macintosh computers and 23" cinema screens.
Camart keeps fees reasonable and caters to photographers' needs. 'We have a long list of clients who use our studio,' says owner John Carriglio. 'They appreciate the professionalism and comfort we provide.'
