Blue Fish's recent CGI work on the new Mazda CX-5 launch in Australia and New Zealand is a stunning example of how experienced automotive photographers have mastered the transition to CGI. Damian Bennett began his photographic career over a decade ago in Sydney. Since then he has gained the knowledge and experience to develop a style of his own and produce work for some of Australia’s most reputable magazines.

Damian Bennett specializes in portraiture, fashion and beauty. His technical knowledge and the comfortable rapport he has with his subjects is evident in the quality of the images he produces as he captures a distinct emotion with a polished edge.

Darren Capp studied fine art photography and has been shooting professionally since 1990. His art-based study guides his work with a depth of vision and sense of style across both his advertising and personal work.

His commercial career has taken him across Australia and around the globe. He uses the combination and balance of available and artificial light, expanding on the visual clues within each location. The brief is merely the starting point for Darren to impart his knowledge and sense of fun over the course of the shoot.

Shooting since 1999, Derek started in the architectural field, photographing projects for Australian architects, designers and magazines, before moving into advertising and lifestyle work.

Derek has travelled with his work, shooting in Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Based in Australia, automotive photographer Easton Chang prides himself on his complete involvement in the automotive photography workflow - from conception through visualisation, to the final digital image.

Easton shoots only cars, and for almost a decade has photographically dominated the automotive editorial industry both locally and abroad. He now brings his vision and personal lighting and production techniques to his advertising clients.

Providing highly dynamic images with a fresh and unique style, Easton is constantly developing and introducing further ideas and techniques through his work.

Garry Owens ended a busy 2011 with a location and studio portrait campaign in Sydney for Perpetual, commissioned by Adam Rose at AJF Partnership with production by Helen and Grant. He also completed a campaign for the Bahrain Ministry of Tourism commissioned by Barry Brand at M&C Saatchi Beirut with production by Mike Redfern.

A new website is launching next week which will include more images from both campaigns.

A self-proclaimed maverick Gerard O'Connor dabbled in various artist careers from go go dancing to fashion designing until developing an international career as a photographer.

Gerard began as a fine art photographer, quickly moving into advertising, fashion and editorial whilst continuing to pursue his own fine art work. For the past 20 years his work and often satirical style has won him numerous award's in all these areas.

In the mid-90’s Gerard began working with Marc Wasiak (Stylist) and later Harry Rekas (Post Production), together creating large-scale narrative tableaux involving many performers and technicians, costuming, make-up and lighting. The images are immediately engaging, detailed and humorous, but beneath the comedy there’s a darker intimation of social, cultural and moral chaos. The images enclosed in this Showcase are a mixture of advertising, fashion and some of those that led Gerard to earn a UK Mag Cover Award, Canon Fine Art Award plus Canon AIPP Australian Photographer of the year 2011 and an International Award at the PIP Festival in Pingya China in November 2011.

Highly regarded Sydney-based photographer Henryk Lobaczewski shoots fashion-advertising, beauty and editorial.
