Catherine Gailloud is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. She studied at the Academy of Art in San Francisco and worked there for many years as a photographer for different advertising agencies and design studios. She has worked widely throughout the United States as well as South America and Europe. Catherine is passionate about making personal contacts and loves shooting people, composing her photos by helping her subjects to let go of their inhibitions.

Catherine is also known for her kids photography and shoots fashion and portraiture for commercial clients. Her lighting style is fresh and clean and she enjoys getting people to smile, laugh and be as natural as they can.

For the last 11 years David Handley has specialised in photographing children and babies. He shoots for both editorial and commercial clients such as Ralph Lauren, Boden, M&S and Next.

He was recently awarded the prestigious title 'Sony World Fashion Photographer 2010'.

Personal work is also very important, especially creatively, and David has some ongoing projects including 'Kidsville' - photographing children at the Burning Man festival - and others that he hopes to enter into this year's Sony Awards.

Emphasising how emotion communicates, Gandee Vasan uses his 20 years experience in photography and post production as well as his background in fine art to create images with sensibility. He is an award-winning photographer with a repertoire of images from portraits of people and animals to landscapes of stormy seas and distant lands.

On assignment, Gandee can apply his retouching and image manipulation skills as skilfully as his photography to any subject matter, making his work highly unique. Gandee's forte is defining the true sentiment of the concept, creating powerful and thought provoking imagery.

JJDK / Julia Krahn is a Milan-based German photographer. She is renowned for her natural images and precision productions. She has a limitless passion for her photography, as well as being a joy to be around with her infectious smile and endless patience.

Julia has been working in advertising for 10 years, moving from people to specialise in kids photography. She recently won a prestigious Italian kids photography prize. Clients include Chicco, VW, Yoga, Zambon, Collezioni, Junior, Mood, and many others.

In April of this year, she also opened her new studio Laltalena.com, a place where not only kids feel comfortable but where all types of production are welcome.

Jonathan Malpass is an established London-based children's fashion and advertising photographer who works internationally.

Working out of her Amsterdam-based studio, director of photography Mandy Pieper captures many different layers in order to tell the full story. Her preference is to work with a concept to form a strategy that follows a clear line.

Mandy previously worked in fashion and advertising, crossing between genres as often as she could for clients including Adidas, Jaguar and No Excess.

She subsequently fell for kids photography and can naturally handle the short attention spans to achieve great images. Mandy loves to shoot advertorials on wonderful locations with magnificent lights, as well as to create complete worlds in the studio.

Matt Harris is an award-winning London-based photographer who has been working in advertising and design for the last 18 years.

Matt specialises in working with people and is particularly well known for his outstanding images featuring children and babies. His work has won numerous awards from the Association of Photographers, Kodak, Fuji and others.

Matt has had one of his busiest years to-date, working on complete pan-European re-branding projects for Huggies and SMA, and major campaigns for Calpol, Nestlé, the NHS and Oreos. He also shot commissions for The Bahamas Tourist Board, Patagonia and travel specialists The Himalayan Outback and Frontiers Travel.

Nina W. Melton studied photography at the acclaimed Ecole Lumiere in Paris and travels frequently for her international clients.

Be it in Paris, Hamburg, Miami or Barcelona, Nina connects with babies, children and families alike, putting a smile on their faces with her happy and positive pictures. Sabine Dürichen began her freelance photography career after graduating from the Munich Academy of Photo and Design. She is known for specialising in children and lifestyle photography and has worked for many successful years for national and international clients across fashion and advertising.

Sandra Bielmeier is a Munich-based lifestyle photographer who specialises in babies and kids photography. She is renowned for creating a relaxed atmosphere on her shoots and for producing well-organised work.

It has been a busy year for Sandra with shoots for Pampers through Saatchi and Saatchi (publication January 2011), a campaign for Generali Versicherungen during which she also shot a film alongside Martin Otter (publication end of 2010), Britax/Römer, Ravensburger, and a Christmas shoot for Italian clients Thun and Wrigley's.
