We are looking for a passionate and talented 3D Artist / Video Artist with experience in 3D, video and overall graphic art that thrives in an agile environment. The ideal profile for us is someone who enjoys solving problems, is creative, learning new technologies, collaborative, loves games, and takes ownership and pride in the work they do, while adding value to our objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Produce artwork to support the advertisement of our games and products.
Create 3D models of environments, props or characters.
Display knowledge of lighting, colour, rendering and composition with a strong general art foundation.
Create animations and demonstrate rigging experience in 3D Max.
Work in video edition and composition to produce trailers, videos or motion graphics.
Create artwork from scratch following a specific art style and understand how that translates into advertisement material.
Organise files and assets in a logical and useful manner according to the production pipeline.
Work with 2D art assets using Photoshop to create several images and banners to promote our products.
Work closely with the art director and the rest of the creative team to develop concepts, prototypes, and production ready content.
Create a wide variety of art ranging from environments, characters, props and some visual effects.

We’re looking for a social, hard-working person who enjoys working in team with other people and is passionate and dedicated about his/her work. The ideal candidate will be strongly skilled in the following:

5+ years of art creation using tools such as 3D Max, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar.
The ideal candidate should be a generalist, with experience in graphic design, traditional 2D skills, as well as motion graphics.
Must understand and have experience in 3D asset creation ranging from modelling, texturing, rendering and animation.
Must have proven experience with video edition and composition.
Ability to adapt and be effective in a highly dynamic environment.
Able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence.
Very pro-active and able to identify and solve problems across multiple platforms and pipelines.
Proven ability to work effectively with small to large teams in a deadline-driven environment.
Candidates with mobile/game experience will be highly considered.
Passion for entertainment and games is a big plus.
Bonus if you can thumbnail and conceptualize ideas quickly.
