Identify and grow sales opportunities for this busy creative agency specialising in marketing assets for TV and film companies.

The COMPANY
Tate Films is a provider of AV and Digital Marketing materials, ranging from campaigns, trailers and promos for TV, Theatrical and Home Media. This includes both the front and back end from creative conception to final execution/delivery.

The ROLE
You’ll drive profitable growth via new business prospects and existing clients, with responsibilities including:

• Leveraging the existing network of clients and partners to generate sales opportunities
• Providing strategic advice and business solutions to clients, generating new revenues for the agency
• Pitching new work and presenting proposals to a range of seniority levels
• Maintaining the company profile at networking events and within the market, whether this be through blogging, event speaking and/or providing thought leadership for the press.

The CANDIDATE
With a solid background in sales and business development (ideally having worked within a creative agency or post house), you’ll be commercially confident and have exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Established contacts at the studios, TV companies and distributors would be highly desirable, as would a passion and knowledge of film and current and emerging technologies.

The REWARDS

Commission based salary to start with the possibility to move on a salary + commission for the successful candidate.
