Job Requirements 5-7 years’ experience in digital brand marketing and analysis. Ideally have experience with word press and CRM systems ideally, and e-commerce experience. Solid understanding of SEM, SEO, SMM, Display Advertising, Budgets, tracking of KPI’s, proven strategic skills and extensive knowledge of how online digital media, across all device platforms, work to create experiences that drive traffic , excellent written and oral communication skills, vendor and project management skills. Understands and can develop plans for integrating e-commerce into our CRM strategy and other digital/social plans. Experience of CPG and or luxury preferred.

Educational requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute digital marketing channel strategy for the brand covering CRM, customer facing brand websites, microsites, mobile apps, and social media platforms that align with the company's philosophy and brand objectives. Develop & execute digital/social marketing campaigns and communication plans based on collaboration with brand marketing teams. The Digital Marketing Manager will be part of the brand group and will work with the brand team to deliver on brand messaging that will help deliver the equity goals for the brand.This position is expected to work cross-functionally to coordinate the many processes necessary to develop, implement, execute and manage an effective digital & social media strategy. This individual will have a deep understanding of the digital space with the main focus being to drive a stronger direct communication with consumers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation and execution strategy and execution of digital experience: websites, social media, blogs and more. Plays a critical role in the articulation of the brand across all applicable digital channels.
• In support of the brand and product marketing goals, manage & execute all aspects of the brand’s web property, blog, and supporting websites such as Recruitment, Community management and CRM for US owned properties.
• Work with brand team to manage and execute all phases of digital marketing (paid, social, earned media).
• Work with global digital brand team in Paris.
