We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our Pittsburgh team. As a Digital Project Manager, you will work on all agency accounts and be responsible for managing multiple digital projects - assuring the quality of the project, adhering to project timelines, keeping on budget, and on strategy. The PM is responsible for the daily management of projects from inception to completion, scheduling the project team, assigning tasks, and adhering to budget and timelines. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Managing the development and production of digital marketing and website projects via accurate project planning, change tracking, budget tracking, and regular production status reporting. - Acting as liaison between creative, technical, media, account, and other internal groups. Creation of a weekly "hot list" that notifies all teams of assigned tasks and responsibilities, as well as progress on projects. - Keeping production projects on track, on time and on budget, overseeing internal and external resources. - Staying current with innovative and pioneering creative and production methods and finding solutions to technical challenges. - Being a living, breathing digital champion within the agency and in the community.
The ideal candidate must possess the following: - 4+ years experience as a project manager in an agency - Prior experience in digital production and website development - Solid knowledge of the digital platforms, technologies and services, and a strong interest in emerging platforms - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including passion & optimism - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Experience producing and maintaining project plans Four-year degree required.
