We are looking for an Assistant Location Coordinator / Booker for our growing library division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone working in a similar role, or a candidate with a different career background with transferable skills who is keen to take their first step into the Production / Location Industry. Recent graduates that display the right skills set will also be considered.
Assisting the Library Manger you will be jointly responsible for the day to day running of the locations library. This role will include taking creative film / stills / event briefs from clients and handling the brief from initial enquiry stage through to booking as well as writing location agreements and following up after the job to make sure everything went well.
We will provide thorough training on our library and systems and you will have the opportunity to visit film / photographic shoots to gain an understanding of the process.
Ideally applicants should be educated to degree standard, however, we will not exclude anyone on this basis provided they demonstrate excellent aptitude and communication skills.
•Confident self-starter and able to work under own initiative and part of a team.
•Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise multiple jobs at different stages.
•Strong written and verbal skills
•Friendly and confident phone manner.
•Good Attention to detail.
•Computer literate on mac including mail, Microsoft office and to a lesser extent photoshop, aperture.
•Taking location briefs from clients and suggesting suitable locations.
•Organising recces / site visits.
•Negotiating hire fees between the client and the location owner.
•Writing location agreements.
•Invoicing each job.
•Creating monthly E-marketing campaigns for new locations.
•Logging in and researching new locations to the Library.
•Keeping track of library enquires and other stats.
Salary dependent on experience.
