Photographic Technician / Operations Manager

The successful applicant will be required to carry out the following:
To oversee the day to day stocking of the vans, ensuring vans are prepared and ready to go out on jobs, overseeing the condition of the vehicles and equipment.
To organise the diary, bookings and availability of the team attending Gripvan shoots. To assist the company directors in managing the day-to-day running of the business.
When required, to accompany the vans on shoots, deliver equipment to locations and assist photographers and producers on location.
Working with the management team to implement the marketing plan, including social media, promotions, sales development, client relations, web design and management.
The position will require a wide range of skills:
Experience of working on Macs and familiarity with iCal, Excel
Knowledge of Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites
A good knowledge of photographic equipment.
Experience of working on photo shoots.
Ability to work in a busy office environment.
Good organisational and communication skills are essential
Ability to manage diaries, calendars
Confidence and ability to work alone as well as part of a team
Happy on occasion to work long hours, sometimes outside in cold conditions.

Full-time position in West London working, on average 40 hours a week
