This role is in the Production Services department. We are looking for a fast-paced, independent thinker who prefers a challenging environment and has a proven track record for success. What will you do?

The Production Artist is responsible for the production of print and presentation collateral for Keller Williams. This includes participating in the product design process, copyediting/proofreading, as well as working with the print team, among other tasks. This position requires a creative, driven, detail-oriented individual capable of succeeding in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Layout and Design Refinement
-Create and/or refine layout for a variety of print production
-Create icons and figures where needed.
-Move layouts from word format to InDesign duplex format.
-Copyedit, proofread, and implement edits
-Check manuscripts for clarity and consistency.
-Make sure material adhere to the KW style.
-Input edits from copy editor and/or marketing managers
-Design and layout
-Work with executives to interpret and create an executive-level presentation for an audience of 10K+.
-Communicate with outside vendors to ensure quality.
-Consistently apply and enforce style/brand guidelines.


-Must have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Acrobat.
-2+ years experience producing high-quality print or electronic information products.
-Knowledge of principles of design, including: layout, typography, color, balance, composition and current design trends.
-Ability & experience working with VERY large files. (Trade Show Graphics)
-Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
-Aptitude to work constructively under stress in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
-Ability to learn from and handle critiques.
-Must be able to take direction, as well as conceptualize, design, and organize marketing projects on your own when needed.
-Detail oriented with excellent organizational/communication skills.
-Familiarity with production requirements and working with outside vendors, i.e. printers, exhibit vendors, other agencies.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines.
-Must be a team player.
-Experience with Keynote and PowerPoint Applications
-Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S.) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
