Senior Level Website Design Leadership for UOR Websites, Interactive Marketing, Online Advertising campaigns, and CRM communications. Including ongoing design optimization of, creation of Micro-Sites for Special Events, Banner Ads, Online Graphics, Pop-Ups, Screen Savers, Email Communications, and other interactive marketing materials for deployment on, other UOR promotional websites, or promotional partners sites.

# Integrating new website content, pages, sections, functionality
# Managing the Design Process / Creating comps/design documents
# Developing micro-sites for special events

Online Display Design Support
# Provide Flash support to existing web properties
# Develop Flash pieces as needed for new initiatives
# Online banner support for rich media, animated and static ads

Lead Development of Micro-Sites for UOR Special Events
# Halloween Horror Nights
# Mardi Gras
# Grad Bash
# Rock The Universe
# Holidays At Universal
# Other Special Events as needed

Management and Coordination of Online/Web Design Resources
# Jr. Designer
# HTML Editor
# Enlisting and Coordinating support of Marcom Graphic Designers
# External Freelance Support
# External Online Creative Agencies
# Los Angeles Website Programming Team

Perform other duties as assigned.
# Digitize audio and video for use on the Internet.
# Website content requests from other UOR departments.
# Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
# Performs other duties as assigned.


# Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Communications, etc.
# 5-7 Years of experience in interactive design and development required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
