Matyas Misetics Photographer
Fashion photographers
For all its technological advancement, Matyas Misetics' work exudes a return to the figurative painting of previous centuries; his goal, a perfectly fabricated picture. With the use of contrasting light and well-considered locations the photographer constructs his own image code that even works alongside a strong narrative element. According to the Berlin-based theoretician and curator, Horst Kloever, Matyas' photographs are close to the aesthetics of film, especially the modern form of Film Noir: full of atmosphere, latent tension and uncertainty.

Oleg Photographer
Fashion photographers
"In some Ukrainian and Russian circles, you must have Gucci shoes, LV bags and Oleg shooting your portrait."
Currently based in Budapest, Oleg almost became a fashion designer but at the very last moment ticked fashion photography on his university admission form. The Soviet-made little camera he used as a child and his early fashion muse, the girl next door (who desperately dreamed of becoming a supermodel), all converged into one drive; seven years later Oleg is the toast of Ukraine and Russia's rich and fashionable. The girl next door became a professional model.
His vision is larger-than-life, shooting fantasy images for clients including Jaguar, Volvo, Playboy Magazine and Bel Ami. "It's almost like a pretty little lie: I take reality and give it a different angle, put it in a different light, add to it something bizarre, or another colour, and make it a turbo-reality, something shocking one," he explains. "Every picture is different, totally unique."

Anna Photographer
Fashion photographers
Anna decided to pick up a camera and become a photographer during her high school years. She attended the Art Academy of the Hungarian Photographer's Association and afterwards worked for the well known VonSchwarz Art Agency and renowned fashion houses.
As a child, theatre and the art of dance attracted Anna. She is often invited to photograph great artists performing as part of the Hungarian Art of Movement Company.
Through the camera lens her aesthetic is to explore beauty, however it may be defined. Following the great impressionist Monet, Anna is also fascinated with how changing light affects and transforms her subject matter.

Lanchid 19 Design Hotel
Hotels
Named after Budapest's famed Chain Bridge which that spans the Danube, Lánchíd 19 hotel is a contemporary highlight in a neighbourhood of predominantly 19th century architecture.
This contrast denotes the evolving character of Budapest, one which celebrates both past and future. In the evenings the moveable accordion-like glass façade of the design hotel transforms into eye-catching figures setting the tone for an intimate welcome.
Detail definitely reins supreme here: a diver morphing into wavelets on the façade, archaeological remains of a water tower below stairs, overhead glass suspension bridges holding sandblasted fingerprints, uniform made by award-winning Hungarian fashion designers on the hotel staff.
