Tenerife is an ideal destination for productions, offering numerous
natural and urban locations, thanks to the diversity of its
landscapes and backdrops.
In 2006, Tenerife Film Commission supported feature films 'Óscar, el color del destino', by Lucas Fernández, and 'El vuelo del Guirre', by Teodoro Ríos. The Commission also supported six shorts; international prizewinner 'Nasija', directed by Guillermo Ríos; 32 photographic reportages; Women's Secret (USA), Japanese magazine Brutus, 'Waschbär', Nestea, BASF, as well as 29 other advertising productions.
