Oliver Hauser Hamburg

"I’m a food and still life photographer living in Hamburg. My passion is food; the preparation, the pleasure and all the wonderful things associated with it.

After classical training as a commercial photographer, I went through some interesting jobs and places to finally dive into photography. Specialising for several years in watch and jewellery photography, I went on to follow my passion for food photography. I have since worked for well known agencies and brands as well as food blogs and publishers.

I am currently working on a cookbook with a friend of mine. It highlights food intolerances with awareness of specific ingredients and focuses on a modular approach to the dishes. I am fascinated by the amount of creativity she puts into these recipes and how incredibly diverse and easy it is to change and enjoy simple dishes."
