The Steel Productions team is loving summer in the southern hemisphere and all the exciting work it brings. Work under the belt so far this season has included some fantastic experiences with wonderful teams. Among others, Steel thanks:

With two months of good weather still ahead, Steel is looking forward to creating more gorgeous images around South Africa and beyond.

Winter may be on it’s way in the Southern Hemisphere, but it doesn’t mean shooting comes to a close as there is still lots on offer across Southern Africa. Steel Productions works regularly on the sub-tropical East Coast which offers mild winters, lovely light and fantastic locations, as well as throughout Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands, while Cape Town offers a great backdrop (and occasionally some snow!) for winter shoots.

The Steel team would like to send a huge 'Thank you!' to all their clients for their support in helping make this past summer season in Cape Town so much fun. Recent work included:

The vuvuzelas may have quietened down but Steel Productions brings the energy of the 2010 World Cup into the new year with a super crew and some fantastic productions.

Steel Productions has managed to enjoy the World Cup and at the same time produce across South Africa. The team has introduced clients to locations around the continent, with recent productions including:

• Louis Vuitton by Carter Smith with Brachfeld Paris - a safari story shot in Gauteng and North West Province on the Botswana border.
• Jack Wills by Eleanore Hardwick.
• Carpisa with Bafana Bafana by Rui Teixeira.
• George @ ASDA by Robert Wyatt.
• Friskies by Steve Hoskins.
• Vodafone by Tony Chau and Nokia by Josh Cole, both shot around Durban on the east coast.
• TV commercial for KPA Insurance with Stiller Studios Sweden.

The Steel team is looking forward to their next productions that will be keeping them busy over the weeks ahead, both in South Africa and further a field across Africa.

While most of the team's current work is taking place in and around Cape Town, one of the Steel crews is currently on safari in the African savannah and the company looks forward to sharing their experiences with Production Paradise soon.

With some exciting briefs and productions currently on the go, summer 09/10 is set to be a memorable one for Steel. The company looks forward to welcoming all its clients to Cape Town over the next few months.
