"My dad was a Director-Cameraman in New York, my uncle a career editor at CBS news. I was fortunate to have a strong education, and I came alone to California with a camera, darkroom experience, and a backpack. 

I started as a printer in a huge commercial graphics shop before joining the Production world in my early twenties, with great mentors.  My storytelling and Production methodology are strong in both Motion and Stills Production, and I work on everything from huge commercials to tiny stills projects. The State of California recognized my early work with three COLA awards, and we quickly became the first and continue to be the leading Location Library in Northern California. We bring new locations to the Production community, weekly, and are known for creative solutions and "Production Pain Relief."

I have always loved the rush and urgency of our work, the quirky asks, the deadlines.  Every project is unique and sudden, and new challenges are exciting and satisfying, particularly because we can meet them quickly based on our experience and wide-ranging contacts.  I love to shoot, solve complex logistics puzzles, and connect people.  I continue to explore, and meet people.  We maintain a constant State of Readiness.”
