Satyaki Ghosh grew up on a staple diet of world photography thanks to his photographer father, Nemai Ghosh. He started his career in Kolkata on the sets of legendary filmmaker Satyajit Ray.
Extensively travelled, Satyaki has received many accolades in his more than two decades-long professional career, including first prize at PX3 Paris for his advertising work and first prize for his outstanding achievement in the 'People' category at the Black & White Spider awards in 2009.

His images have appeared across India and beyond, and his creative work is regularly showcased in the leading publications and advertising campaigns.

Vishesh Verma has been experimenting with his uniquely surreal yet beautiful vision of fashion. The believable and expected makes way for the surprising in his new work. Bhairavi Parikh is a fine art photographer based in Mumbai. She has been practising as a freelance professional for the past six years. Besides a solo show held at the Centre for Photography As An Art Form, Piramal Gallery, she has shown at several Exhibit A events, organised by the Photographers' Guild of India. Bhairavi's photography sells at exhibitions and she is regularly approached by private buyers.

The images featured in this Showcase are from Bhairavi's recent series entitled "Take Me To The Beach". They were shot one hot afternoon on expired film with a Mamiya 645E at a beach in Alibaug, and are the subject of a book that is available from the Blurb bookstore.
