Millionaire: This amusing commercial for the French national lottery was shot by known French actor ("The beach") Guillaume Canet around Barcelona.
"Verizon wireless": Featuring Alejandro Sanz in concert, Mexican Director Juan Carlos Martín directed this spot for an American mobile company in Madrid.

Spain: Ads for Opel LCV were shot on location in Barcelona and Tarragona by photographer Dietrich Halemeyer, through the McCann-Ericksson BCA agency Frankfurt.

Germany: Ads for Suzuki being shot on location in and around Cologne by photographers Kai Michalak and Michael Jungblut, through MainLine agency Frankfurt.
Ads for DHL being shot on location near Hamburg by photographer Jan Steinhilber, through JvM agency Berlin.

Netherlands: Ads for Philips being shot in Amsterdam by photographers Olaf Blecker and Thomas Hannich, through DDB New York.

United Arab Emirates: Ads for GINA B. were shot in Dubai by photographer Ernst Alexander, through Feuerland agency Cologne.

Over the past couple of months, we have witnessed the release of Nike's worldwide stills football campaign shot by Warwick Saint, featuring some of the most high-profile players around - such as Ronaldo, Thierry Henri and Ronaldhino - and produced by Dolce Vita Productions.

Recent Dolce Vita productions include a variety of catalogue shoots in the Canaries, Mallorca and Barcelona for German advertising agencies Economia and COO, with photographers Sandra Liebig, Hans Hufnagel and Patrick Schwalb.

Dolce Vita is currently working on a Beck's beer shoot in Ibiza, with German photographer Florian Geiss for McCann Erickson Hamburg.

While many people were complaining about unusual weather in Spain, Setup Productions started with the first few rays of light to shoot pictures on the island of Mallorca. Photographer Sara Wilson, for both Doris Streich and KL Ruppert, was a good start to the summer season, no doubt.

Coming back to Barcelona, the challenge was German Glamour Magazine with Javier Pla. The Madrid-based photographer handled 3 editorials working at the speed of light under clear skies.

After that, we welcomed a well-prepared film project for BMW. The new BMW 1, a well-tuned 3 series and the face-lifted BMW 5 were our main actors for the last two weeks of June. Watch out for the results in BMW showrooms and fairs if you're still not convinced of sunny images produced by - Setup Productions. We provide good weather - even when it rains...

26% of the shoots done in Barcelona in 2004 come from outside the City. During the first five months of 2004, Barcelona Plató Film Commission supported a total of 203 productions filming in the city, 41% more than this time last year. Business is going well and our city is becoming a real set, not only for local companies but for foreign ones, too.

British productions are at the top of the list with a total of 18 shoots this year (7 in 2003), followed by the French with 6 (3 in 2003) and the Dutch with 5 (3 in 2003).

Framepool does HD!
Framepool, the Munich-based stock footage house, recently produced a shoot to obtain HighSpeed HD stock material for the advertising and film industry.
The shoot was done with a brand new special HD camera, which is able to perform 1000 fps at a HD resolution of 1536 x 1024 pixels, progressive scan.
The excellent results of the work of Kay Mac Kenneth (DOP), Stefan Weiss (Cameraman) and Stephan Bleek (Producer) are now available on Framepool's website for worldwide licensing.

The Framepool team is eager to extend this collection within the next month. A Demo DVD is available on request.
The new camera and the DOP, currently hired by Lucasfilms for a Star Wars episode, can be booked for shoots via Framepool.

Friedel Scholten, a German Photographer in Barcelona, did the new international campaign for Aigner Black-
new fragrance for men and woman.

Sergi Pons, represented by Candela, did the fashion editorial for the winter season for Telva with Isabel Janer. Photographer Bea Sancho shot the new Myrurgia campaign with Carmen Sevilla. Pau Pascual shot the Gratacos Catalogue with the Stylist Marina Verges. The team at Sara Lee Italia did the casting for the new Lovable Lingerie line.

Mini Cooper is the next car job for Conrad Piepenburg: 5 days of racing between Montmeló and Cheste race tracks. After that, he will be back to shoot a national campaign for Diagonal Mar.

Alfonso VQ just can't stop working! He has been busy with various campaigns such as: Visualis sunglasses, Anne Möller beauty products, Antonelli jewellery and Princesa's main catalogue as well as the Princesa Seamless for girls.

Javier Pla has been shooting 3 editorials for German Glamour magazine in Barcelona.
Fallon, the prestigious London advertising agency, and photographer Maurizio Guillem will shoot the new campaign for Sony in Barcelona.

Our amazing actor Salvador Santana will be on air again, this time for Famitel.

Melanie Moir is going to be in Barcelona until summer time, she worked for Montse Bassons swimsuits.

Jesus Palacios has been requested for Giorgio Armani.

Mahaut Models started a busy year with a children shoot for Tom Tailor catalogue autumn/winter 04/05 followed by a Peppa production in Hamburg who booked more teens to be represented on the next Otto catalogue. Our Agency also organized a casting for them with young models, to be shot in Mallorca for the Kidoki catalogue.

Mahaut Models Kids worked with new clients such as Lacoste with Lucio, La Redoute with Bibi, Bon prix with Gregorio, and all of them used our beautiful Ibiza beaches.

Photographer Marcus Renken and his team from Hamburg made a creative test with children for his portfolio taking interesting photos using different themes all around the island.

Teens Luisa and Mia also spent a day in Formentera for Karstadt.

Fashion photographer Robert Penkwitt used the services of Spot Professional Lightservice for his photo session for a German fashion magazine in the Spot Daylight Studio. The shoot was equipped with the renowned Briese technique, which Spot offers alongside the Profoto technique.

Dietrich Halemeyer - specialists in automobile photography - has also been equipped by Spot with the newest Profoto technique and necessary accessories for his recent Opel shoot.

Annie Leibowitz relied on the extensive Profoto equipment for her "Vanity Fair" shoot in Madrid. Spot sent all the equipment necessary for the shoot from Barcelona to the location in Madrid.

The companies Espromot S.L and Movies Driver S.L have merged. The company goes under the new name Espromot S.L, and will be managed by Kiko Casanovas (formerly manager and owner of Espromot S.L). It will combine the services of both companies offering car prep service, car hire, action cars, precision drivers and a camera car for the audiovisual industry.
