"I try to work with a fresh and natural approach. Food is messy, and making messy food appear delicious is the fun bit.

"Daylight or studio lighting, being part of a team on a shoot, working together with the food stylist, art director and prop stylist, this is my approach to work.

"My most favourite pictures are the ones that were the most collaborative. It is a real pleasure working with passionate food people. Oh, and we get to sample the food afterwards!"
