The Asociación de Fotógrafos Profesionales de España - AFPE (Profesional Photographers' Association of Spain) was founded in 1984. Its mission is to promote excellence and provide quality services to its members as well as defend the collective interests of professional photographers. Some of the most acclaimed photographers are long-standing members of the AFPE, as well as young up-coming talents.

The AFPE organises talks such as the 'Reencuentros', which are open to the entire photographic community to discuss matters related to professional photography.

The AFPE promotes the work of its members, represents their interests and informs agencies, government bodies and the general public about the cultural importance of photography.

This aim is reflected prominently through the LUX Professional Photography Awards, which in 2017 celebrates its 25th anniversary.

Enric was born and raised on the beautiful island of Menorca, in the Mediterranean. He grew up by the water and learned from the sea.

"Working as a motionographer allowed me to create my own lifestyle and permitted me to live in many different places, far away from the city and one step from the sea. Then I started to mix passion for the sea into my photographs."

Enric devotes himself to improvisation, presenting the interaction between people, animals and the sea.
