In the mid-80s he received a degree in Aerial and Close-Range Photogrammetry from SSPO - St.Gallen, Switzerland. A stint in the world of geospatial imaging in Switzerland and Germany for Hansa Luftbild Air Surveys was then followed by more photogrammetric mapping projects in the Middle East, before he established his own company in Dubai.

Reinhard is an expert in photography of large scale commercial projects including office buildings, shopping malls, retail stores, skyscrapers and public and cultural spaces. 

Other areas of expertise include luxury hotels and resorts. Over the years, Reinhard has photographed many brands and styles of hotels and resorts around the world, including InterContinental, Kempinski Hotels S.A., Hilton Brands, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Sheraton, Ritz Carlton, Rocco Forte, the iconic Emirates Palace and others, as well as independent and small luxury hotels.
