• C/O Berlin hosts two not-to-be-missed exbibitions: Anastasia Samoylova - Floridas. Samoylova's images scratch the flamboyant surface of an American dream; plus the retrospective William Eggleston - Mystery of the Ordinary. In a career spanning over five decades, William Eggleston has come to be recognised for almost single-handedly elevating color photography to the status of fine art. Both can be visited until 4th May.
• The Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film (ITFS) celebrates its 30th Anniversary, from 25th to 30th April, the Stuttgart region becomes the global centre of animated film.
• The Kurzfilm Festival Hamburg is one of the most renowned and important European short film festivals. From 6th to 11th June.

Neon Island Studio is a 266sqm daylight studio in the heart of the Kreuzberg media and cultural district.

The 80sqm U-cavity in the middle of the loft environment offers the best atmosphere to sprout creativity and productivity for film and photo productions.

If photographers, cameramen, stylists and make-up artists are still needed for productions, Neon Island also has its own pool of creatives.

In addition, the studio has ready-to-use aperture LED panels on the ceiling that are excellent in terms of color. Each LED can be individually controlled and adjusted via an app on the studio's own iPad.

On-site studio technology, a make-up and styling room, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a large dining table and cozy lounge area round out the overall package.

Two freight elevators and private parking in the courtyard ensure fast and efficient loading and unloading.

Authentic moments, real emotions and adrenaline are the focus of Jessica Zumpfe’s images. Capturing the connection between the people and the landscape, she is one of the few female photographers in the outdoor sport category.

Jessica likes to be right in the centre of the action, whether it is hanging in the ropes on a climbing wall, underneath a helicopter, or floating in a river. She does basically every sport well enough to keep up on the shoot. Knowing what it feels like from the inside makes her work extremely authentic and allows her to portray the feelings and action of the sport.

Her productions are always meticulously planned out, making it easy to adjust and stay flexible on the actual shoot.

She is now based between Innsbruck, Berlin and Cape Town.

Jessica recently shot for clients including DERTOUR, VAUDE, Jochen Schweizer, Mydays and has some exciting new projects coming up – so stay tuned!

Das Studio Uckermark is a rental studio and unique location in the dreamlike endless expanse of the Uckermark region. Opened in summer 2021 by photographer Karel Kuehne and stylist Jane Garber, it has since served clients such as See by Chloe, Zalando, ZDF, C&A, BMW and many more.
