Christoph Kern visited the German island of Sylt in the North Sea for Swiss Universe magazine, the in flight magazine of Swiss Airlines for first and business class passengers. Sylt is known for wonderful landscapes, great food and hotels, and lots of fresh North Sea air!

Andrea has been working as a food stylist and recipe editor in Zurich and southern France for the last 10 years.

"I am a pleasure person. And an aesthete. As a foodstylist, I bring these two traits under one roof. Images have to surprise the eye and make you want to be boiled and, above all, eaten - that's where the stylist comes in. First and foremost, what's on your plate should actually taste good - in this regard, I am in demand as a cook and a recipe author.

A recipe suggestion can include 15 ingredients. Or just four. It's the same with the styling. Less is often more.

I have turned my passion into a profession. For over 15 years, I've been directing videos, TV formats, cookery and lifestyle magazines, advertising and industry clients. I get my inspiration in relevant litarature, travelling and friends. Food styling and cooking, that's for me enjoyment, aesthetics, art. And often also a little soul food!"

Stefan Schlumpf, currently based in Chur/Zurich, is a multi-talented photographer with international experience across a range of genres.

He began his career as an action and extreme sports photographer, before diversifying into people, advertising and landscape images and studying photography in Zurich. He has international experience working for agencies and editorial magazines, both on location and in the studio.

Stefan's work has appeared in international campaigns as well as various magazines worldwide. His search for the best picture has brought him to six continents. Stefan is known for his very graphic, exceptionally aesthetic and reduced visual language.

Alex Buschor is a storyteller but not in the traditional sense, his tools are the camera and drones. His story is characterized by simplicity. Objects are reduced to their quintessence. Cityscapes, landscapes, architecture or portraiture are defined by clear forms and crisp outlines; moreover at the core one finds the heart of the story – the object’s true nature.

Alex Buschor holds a commercial photo diploma from the Douglas Mawson Institute in Adelaide, Australia.

Patrick Stumm is a Zurich-based photographer born in 1967 in Chelsea, Massachusetts USA. Professionally trained as an auto mechanic specialised in antique sport cars, he became intrigued by photography and decided to launch a second career in 1995.

During his early years, Patrick gained experience through on-the-job training as an assistant for a range of photographers. In 1999, he opened his own studio in Zurich focusing on corporate, portrait, editorial and art work.

In recent years Patrick has worked successfully in Switzerland and across different foreign countries. His recent corporate work included cosmetic surgeons, cushion manufacturers, and more.
