The Lodge on Loch Goil

The Lodge on Loch Goil is a restaurant and inn (as well as an exclusive-use venue) nestled between the shores of Loch Goil and a majestic backdrop of mountain scenery.
This Victorian private country house built in 1864 is one of the finest 5-star venues in Scotland. The Lodge boasts seven luxuriously decorated bedrooms in the main building, and another in the lochside summerhouse.
The Lodge on Loch Goil is just over an hour’s drive from Glasgow, but can just as easily be reached by train or boat. The famously scenic West Highland train line stops in Arrochar and Tarbet, where a driver to pick you up for the short journey to Loch Goil. The newly reopened Caledonian Sleeper service now connects this line with London, allowing guests to arrive refreshed and ready to go.
The Lodge on Loch Goil has two moorings for yacht and boat-owners. Just over 16 Nautical miles from Kip Marina, you can choose to stay at The Lodge overnight or book afternoon tea, lunch or dinner as a non-resident (pre-booking required).

Gareth Morgans is an established award-winning London food photographer with over 18 years of experience. Shooting from his large Bermondsey studio close to Tower Bridge, he is equally at home on location.
Gareth’s food photography expertise and years of experience have allowed him to work with many leading agencies, food companies, magazine houses, book publishers and design groups. Gareth is recognised for his colourful, vibrant and detailed images with a subtle graphic twist.
This year Gareth, has been very successful in competitions around the world. He received a second place in the International Photography Awards Advertising Food category judged in New York; achieved selection in the PDN Taste Food Awards; and a second place in the UK’s 2018 Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year Awards.
In 2018 brands such as Amazon Fresh, Haagen Dazs, Kirin Beer, Waitrose, M&S, BBC, Slimming World, Delicious, Good Housekeeping and Tesco Magazine have filled Gareth’s busy schedule.

2018 has been full of fun and interesting new projects for Olgun Kordal, from shooting advertising campaigns in China for BMW, to editorial shoots with the McLaren Speedtail and Autocar, and press shoots for Toyota with the new Supra at Goodwood.
Other projects include the Lexus LC500, BMW i8 Roadster, BMW X2, Z4 and 8 series.
Olgun is based in London, but can shoot all over the world.

Richard Boll specialises in lifestyle and portrait photography and is highly experienced in shooting advertising campaigns and editorial features.
Recent advertising campaigns include a lifestyle shoot for Emirates airlines in Dubai, on-location for Land Rover/M&C Saatchi, and lifestyle images for American Express in London. Other clients include Sony, Rolex, Belvedere Vodka, BBDO, Rolls Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Forbes and Vogue.
Richard loves variety in his work, enjoys overseas travel for location shoots, and is equally adept at shooting on location or in a studio. He is often involved in the organisational aspects of shoots and has a sincere and warm-hearted presence that lets him connect well with clients and team members.

Direct Digital

Direct Digital is known for its range of cameras, lights, consumables, and knowledgeable, multi-faceted staff. Justin Malone, who works in the London office, also works as a freelance photographer in the UK and abroad.
Recently, Justin worked with Gilles Peterson on Look Up, fundraising for Safaplace – a charity supporting the positive mental health and wellbeing of young people. Using Direct Digital equipment, Justin took portraits at the Look Up festival fundraiser. “Space was limited so it had to be a simple set-up. I used a Canon 5D III, 50mm 1.4 and a Profoto multi-spot. Massive thanks to Direct Digital for the support!”
