Curiosity is the characteristic that Erin strives to cultivate. She believes that curiosity is the key to artistic expression and a productive shoot environment.

2020 has definitely been a challenge, but Erin has been blessed to work with a collection of creatives that maintain light spirits while implementing safety measures in this trying time.

Erin is a two-time finalist in the Beauty Category of Production Paradise’s Spotlight Awards. Her clients include Mary Kay, Jones New York, Misook/Ming Wang, The Container Store, Lucy’s Magazine and Institute Magazine.

When not behind the camera, Erin enjoys backpacking with her husband and two pups, yoga and dance.

Andy Mahr has an extraordinary way of intertwining beauty and grit. He photographs hardworking men and women, the salt of the earth, who become everyday heroes. No matter what project he shoots, Andy highlights these unsung heroes with an approach that makes the images feel timeless and nostalgic. 

Andy cut his teeth in the industry as an art director and worked his way up the ranks to creative director. In 2008, he made the full transition to photographer and never looked back. His invaluable experience has been a great resource, he speaks the language of his clients and is highly collaborative, always adding conceptual ideas to the project and taking it one step further. It is very natural of him to work on integrated campaigns that involve still and motion.

As a certified drone operator, he knows how to glorify dramatic landscapes. Whether it’s a farmer in the field, a fisherman at sea or a soldier combat training in the U.S. Marines, Andy flourishes in making each project feel powerful and spectacular. 

Andy is based in the Hill Country near Austin, Texas.

Alicia Stepp is an award-winning, internationally published fashion and beauty photographer based in Dallas, Texas. With a background in graphic design and over a decade of experience in the photo industry from production to lighting and casting, Alicia has helped many worldwide brands realise their creative visions. 

During 2020 she has developed safe indoor and outdoor shooting environments at her home studio and on location. Both are fully equipped for safe, socially-distanced sessions.

She has expanded her skillset to include product photography, including a recent shoot for Herbivore Botanicals and has perfected a remote capture capability which can provide cost effective and safe creative solutions for clients all around the world.

Ashton Rodgers is a commercial automotive and lifestyle photographer based in Central Texas with his wife and three kids.
