Mark Zawila is a digital artist specialising in creating still life and food imagery. Mark utilises photography, retouching techniques and CGI to create his unique ‘hyper-real’ look. His work has been described as clean, energetic and highly polished.

Mark likes to be involved in the process from start to finish and believes that retouching is integral to bringing his vision to life. Mark is a highly experienced retoucher and therefore likes to do his own post production where possible.

Mark has honed his style over many years and is building up a strong international reputation for producing work that is both creative and highly technical.

Born in Spain, Carlos Lumiere was greatly influenced at a young age by his father's work as a photographer. In 1989 Carlos moved to Miami to work as photographer for a Spanish press agency, and it was here that he decided to devote his career and life to high-fashion photography. A devotion to photography jettisoned him to cities around the world, allowing Carlos to develop a stunning and diverse portfolio.

His photos are best known for blending classic lines with luscious colours and textures. His style is rich, emotive and dynamic. It's this that attracts high-profile fashion designers, advertising campaigns and magazines to work with him, including Harrods, Hackett, Vivienne Westwood, Valore, Royal Ascot, L’Oréal, Balenciaga, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, FHM and GQ.

Carlos now divides his time between his studio Lumiere London, working for his own magazine Fashiopolis, and searching for his next great shoot.

Andrew Molyneux has over 30 years' experience shooting stills and more recently moving images for an extensive list of corporate clients worldwide. Every shoot is different and his friendly, easy going approach helps to get the best out any situation.

This Showcase is focused on a series of sandwich recipes photographed, illustrated and sent out as a monthly food blog. The examples featured here are for the six-month period from March to August this year.

The food images are photographed by Alan Newnham and can be seen along with his other work on his website. The image is then worked on with typography and illustration by Marj Newnham, creating this unique series. The finished work can be seen on her website along with Marj's other projects.

"I’m told on good authority (well, the wife) that I’ll talk to anyone, but I’m just interested in people and feel comfortable chatting to and photographing almost anyone. From the 6’2 model, the CEO at his London HQ, or the rustic looking fella in the back waters of nowhere, they all intrigue me.

I’ve now spent nearly three decades capturing people from all walks of life for advertising. These years of experience come not only from behind the camera but from inside the post-production suite too.

Being an experienced retoucher helps me not only capture everything needed to complete the visual look of the job, but also allows me to think on my feet and provide solutions to overcome those problems that can often arise while working in the unpredictable world of location shooting.

Asked to describe my work, I’d say I capture the quieter moments of life."

Terri Potoczna-Fussen (British-Polish-Swiss) is a multilingual lifestyle and portrait photographer.

Terri has worked as a conference interpreter at the highest level and is an excellent communicator in English, French, Polish, Hungarian, Dutch, Italian and German, and can also easily make herself understood in Spanish and Russian.

Having worked in such far flung places as Korea, Fiji, Botswana and Uzbekistan, she is not phased by cultural differences. She puts models at ease and makes staged shoots look like spontaneous moments caught on camera.

"It has been a busy summer at the Filming Scotland Beach House. Not only have we had a glorious summer of weather, we have also done a world tour of Scotland shooting in every corner of the country for clients Fat Face, Next, Chanel, Barrie, Kalenji and Chivas, as well as Bloomberg Pursuits with Ewan McGregor.

Christopher Hunt works as a portrait and still life photographer, shooting for both commercial and editorial clients.

His work crosses over the fields of fashion, advertising and portraiture as well as still life, with a relaxed atmosphere coming across his subjects.

Graham Tooby has been taking photographs professionally for over 16 years, with a plethora of experience working directly with clients as well as advertising agencies. Always up for a challenge, he is looking to the future for lots more challenging and fun projects.

Known for his meticulous approach to his work, always hands on with attention to detail and problem solving expertise, he has shot with many clients globally.
