Meghan Paddock Farrell
Portland
Meghan Paddock Farrell has been retouching professionally since 2001, when she took her first job out of college working in the industry. Over the past 15 years she has honed her skills and deepened her understanding of how to bend pixels to her will. Her skin work is always flawless but with such natural textures that it looks untouched.
In addition to working with skin and hair Meghan is also one of the few retouchers who can work with extremely high resolution giga-pixel imagery, rebuilding architecture and stitching errors. Her background in fine art and oil painting inform her ability to paint with light onto the surface of an image and transform a photograph from “good" to “amazing".

Meghan Paddock Farrell
Portland
Meghan Paddock Farrell grew up in a small New England town in Rhode Island. Photography has always been a part of her life. She lived in a house with a dark room in the basement that her father built, filled with chests of glass negatives and daguerreotypes of family members stemming back hundreds of years.
These old photographs made a huge impact. Meghan was lucky enough to go to a high school with a photography department. By the time she got to college she knew exactly what she wanted to do with her life.
She received a BFA in Photography in 2001 and has been working in the field ever since. She has spent the past 14 years honing her photoshop skills as a retoucher for some of the top photographers in the business. Her passion for photography, combined with her retouching skills, make her a powerhouse.
