Chiara Ye was born in China and at the age of she five she moved to Parma in Italy, a country well known for its rich artistic and cultural heritage.
In Parma she began studying art at high school, where she developed a passion for the visual arts, theatre and ﬁlm. During her studies, Chiara attained a comprehensive knowledge of the arts as a whole, coupled with an innate creative and fresh “eye”, that was seen as totally unique in her ﬁeld.
Once reuniﬁed with her origins in China, she had the opportunity to experience a broad range of challenges, and opened herself up to embracing new food, style and culture. Chiara’s works display evident inﬂuences of art throughout different periods of history, from Renaissance to Neoclassicism all the way to Modern Art and Contemporary.
