London-based Vue represents photographers throughout Europe, offering exceptional levels of coordination and production. Photographers currently represented are:
Tim Kent – Tim first specialised in music and portrait photography before moving into the studio car arena. To date he has worked for a wide range of clients including Audi, Vauxhall, Mini and Ford in the UK and VW, Chrysler and Suzuki in Paris. He also does regular editorial projects for GQ and Car Magazine. His most recent work, an amazing project for Jaguar, depicts a hovering car with doors as wings. He also shot the latest Nissan Micra "I love...." campaign.
Jonathan Minster – Specialising in graphic still life photography Jonathan always tries to add a touch ofhumour into his shots. His clients have included Hewlett Packard, Finlandia Vodka, Renault, O2 and Pot Noodle. He is also a regular contributor to Arena, Vogue and Wallpaper magazines. Most recently Jonathan has been shooting campaigns for Sky Sports with Ad agency HHCL United & Virgin through Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe Y&R London.
Alan Powdrill loves taking shots of people in real, humorous and thought provoking situations. Alan works in the UK, Paris and the US and clients to date have included BT, Renault, Pontiac and Vodafone. He had a great time doing the latest ads for Playstation (James Gillham at TBWA), which showcase his original take on life and has also just finished shooting the Christmas campaign for Virgin mobiles with Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe Y&R London. On the personal side he’s just finished a fantastic project of local football teams which he hopes to exhibit, look out for the finished work on the Vue website and a speciality mailer showcasing this work will be landing on your desks early in 2006.
Seamus Ryan – Seamus’ portraiture work has seen him work with many clients including Nike, Guinness, British Airways, Toblerone, BBC and Yellow Pages. Recently completed campaigns for Oxfam and the Samaritans will be out in UK press soon. He has also been working on three personal projects ‘Jump’, ‘Windswept’ & ‘Mugshots’ which can be seen on the Vue website early in 2006.
Garry Simpson works on a wide range of projects from cars on location to landscapes and people. Garry’s shot national and worldwide campaigns for British Airways, Nissan, Land Rover, VW, Nike, Pedigree, BIC and Lego. He will stop at nothing to get the right shot: see the latest goat ad for Land Rover. Garry’s currently expanding his genre of work and has recently won some awards for TBWA Paris with his people shots for Pedigree & BIC. He’s also working on some new personal work involving people, look out for this on the Vue website in 2006.
Penny Cottee – Australian born Penny is a still life photographer who came to London in '96 and had rapid success shooting for agencies such as St Luke’s, Abbott Mead Vickers and RCKR/Y&R. Clients have included Rover, BT and Homebase. Penny has also been featured in the Creative Review Showcase with her ‘Disposable’ series from the Association of Photographers Awards. More recently, Penny has shot a BT campaign for Ogilvy London.
