Jeff Heger is one of those detail guys. He loves it when the last shot on a Friday afternoon, after a week's worth of photography with a massive travel schedule, comes together.

He says: "The people are great, products all work, the security guard lets us shoot, and magic happens. The client loves the images and we all go have a great dinner."

Jeff has travelled the planet shooting for Fortune 500 firms for over 25 years. He has worked on every continent except Antarctica (although he did shoot within 500 miles of its shores). Clients like the fact that nothing fazes him on location. He stays on time and on budget, bringing back more useable images than clients think possible.

Kevin Leighton uses photography to represent spontaneous and subtle emotion. He has been invited to photograph many well-known individuals from diverse walks of life: her Majesty the Queen, Arsène Wenger and the pianist Lang Lang are all recent subjects.

His natural style has led to many projects in the arts: for the English National Opera, the Barbican, and principally for the London Symphony Orchestra; to commissions from healthcare organisations, such as the NHS and the Terrence Higgins Trust; and to work for financial institutions and national government bodies.

Nigel Hudson has been a professional photographer for over 25 years. His experience is extensive, having worked with clients such as Orange, Barclays, O2, Saysbury’s, Royal Bank of Canada, Yahoo and British Gas.

Nigel's strength has always been in working with people on location. His images go far beyond the corporate environment and capture the style, the attitude and the ambience of an organisation. He searches for moments that reveal the true spirit of a brand and the people who work on it.

The images in this Spotlight are from a year-long project called ‘Working Beautifully’ which Nigel worked on with colleague and digital artist Timothy Cumming. The project focussed on enterprise and initiative in Swindon and featured 100 companies, from large multi-nationals such as Intel and Honda to local smaller business such as the Horseshoe Boxing Gym.

London-based Sean Pollock specialises in portraits of people and places for clients in the areas of corporate, industrial, annual reports, design, publishing and advertising.

Sean is fresh from a three-year project photographing Sir Alex Ferguson at work and play for his forthcoming autobiography which includes both documentary and portrait photography styles.

German photographer Thomas Ebert is based in Hamburg and specialises in people, architecture and technical work, often combined in a single image.

In his artistic work Thomas focuses on urban landscape. He is interested in the relations between humans and their environments. His photographs are shot from long distance so that the entire extent of the scenario lays open up to the horizon. It opens the view on artificial landscapes which are completely shaped by humans.

In Spring 2013 Wolfram Schroll travelled to some EADS and Airbus locations to shoot jet and satellite productions. Wolfram is based near Dusseldorf and specialises in industrial photography, or - in his own words - "technology, shot with love."
