Kyla Elaine is a still life photographer originally from Canada and now based in Amsterdam, where she has lived and worked for the past 17 years. After beginning her career in production, she made the move into still life photography and has since developed a distinctive practice shaped by both technical expertise and a strong visual imagination.

Working hands-on from concept through to creation and retouching, Kyla is known for her meticulous approach and attention to detail. Her imagery transforms everyday subjects into striking visual compositions, combining precision, energy and a refined sense of craft.

Alongside commissions for leading fashion and lifestyle brands, she is always exploring new creative challenges and personal projects. Her personal work has received recognition from the International Photography Awards, One Eyeland Awards and PX3 Awards.

Her clients include adidas, Calvin Klein, JBL, Tommy Hilfiger, Rituals, Daily Paper, VanMoof and Zalando.
