Launched on 31st March 2021, the 'Chefs at Home' cookbook was released in aid of Hospitality Action. With the hospitality industry being one of the hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, the charity is a great cause that needs support.
"In terms of my contribution to the book, I’ve always believed that it’s important that we do our part for the greater good. It’s up to us to define exactly what that is. For me, it’s always been about giving back to the industry whenever and wherever I could. So, it was an honour to photograph the recipes of some of the top chefs in the UK for this project. These are my favourite images from the book: special, everyday meals made by chefs for their families in lockdown.
I believe that we deserve to make the everyday special in these challenging times.
