"For this edition of the Spotlight, I’ve chosen to show some of the fantastic covers I’ve been a part of, over the last 12 months.

These covers - bold, simple, and enticing - are designed to make simple everyday items attainable, and to spike your curiosity.

Our shoots culminate in the creativity and hard work of the whole team. From recipe writers and assistants to art directors, food stylists, prop stylists and producers: the images are only as good as the team. Working with incredible creatives in this industry is one of my favourite parts of my job.
