Christian Stoll has worked as a freelance photographer since 1991. He splits time between the two worlds of New York City and Düsseldorf, Germany, deriving influence and energy from each.
Christian often works on an epic scale, making greatness visible yet accessible in his architectural settings and interior shots. While he loves working on large-scale projects, he is also keen on the opposite - tabletop still life work. For these, even the most banal objects undergo a metamorphosis, transforming them into objects of desire, crisp and tactile.
He draws from his skill with the respective scales of work to create images that transcend their initial impression. Christian is represented in the US and Europe by BRANSCH.NET.
