Collaborating with stylists and models, he makes images that are as clear as they are dynamic, making each frame immediately coherent, yet filled with just enough real world chaos.

Whether he’s in his Amsterdam studio (in a former school) or working internationally, Hugo won’t hesitate to dive into the Med camera in hand or roll through tundra under a helicopter. Whatever it takes to find just the right framing to tell a story.
