Adventure, Adrenaline and anything that gets her outside her door and her comfort zone at all hours of the day or night, is what Jessica Zumpfe lives for.
She focusses people outdoors, capturing authentic, real moments and emotions. When she gets to shoot hanging underneath a helicopter or abseiling down a wind turbine, she finally feels in her element. Having grown up between the mountain and the sea in Cape Town, she still keeps this as a base and playground for the darker winter months.
Jessica Zumpfe spent years assisting big advertising photographers. She has now accumulated substantial list of international clients with whom she gets to overcome new challenges in both of her passions - sports and photography

Jessica Zumpfe Sport, People & Lifestyle Photographers
Authentic moments, real emotions and adrenaline is the focus of Jessica Zumpfe’s images. Capturing the connection between the people and the landscape, she is one of the few female photographers in the outdoor sport category.
Jessica likes to be right in the centre of the action, whether it is hanging in the ropes on a climbing wall, underneath a helicopter or floating in a river. She does basically every sport well enough to keep up on the shoot. Knowing what it feels like from the inside, makes her work so authentic and allows her to portray the feelings and action of the sport.
Her productions are always meticulously planned out, making it easy to adjust and stay flexible on the actual shoot.
She is now based between Berlin, Cape Town and Innsbruck.
Jessica recently shot for clients including Jochen Schweizer, Mydays, PAC and GNTM and has some exciting new projects coming up – so stay tuned!

Jessica Zumpfe is one of the few female outdoor sports photographers. Always searching for new adventures, the further out of her comfort zone the better, you will find her hanging underneath a helicopter or abseiling down a wind turbine – all for the best shot and perspective.
She focuses on people outdoors, capturing authentic moments and emotions, wanting to share her love for nature and sports. Furthermore, she loves to shoot this from and with the female perspective – and has been lucky to have worked with some real tough ladies.
Due to travel restrictions, she has moved her second base from Cape Town to Innsbruck.
Jessica recently shot for clients including TATONKA, Jochen Schweizer, Tchibo and Wechsel Tents and has some exciting new projects coming up – so stay tuned!
