Over the past several months, photographer Miguel Veterano has worked across a range of hotel projects in the UAE, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, and Portugal. Each location brought its own visual language and creative demands, offering unique opportunities to explore the intersection of culture, design, and light.

This curated series presents a glimpse into Miguel's distinctive style — one that blends architectural precision with warmth and atmosphere. Through elegant interiors, serene poolscapes, and thoughtfully composed frames, the images aim to capture not just spaces, but the emotions they evoke.

"Born into a family of photographers, I have always been surrounded by beautiful images. Receiving my first camera at 12 years old, I have never stopped learning and educating myself on the art of photography.

My taste for adventure and travel awakened my desire for photojournalism and documentary photography. This was the main focus of my work during the first years of my career. However, over the years, I have worked extensively on commercial projects such as still life, lifestyle, and architecture/interiors.

I always aspire to have my images tell real stories and evoke emotion, while simultaneously meeting the client's brief.

With 20+ years of experience, I have been based in Dubai for the past 10 years. I am a Marriott Luxury Collection & JW Marriott Brand approved photographer.
