Germany - New Zealand: Romer Photography
Great start of 2023 for Stephan, shooting the launch campaign for the new L7 from Li Auto China. Agency on set was Jedi Visual Beijing with creative director Xie Tao. Service production Lighthouse Productions took care of this breath-taking road trip across Aotearoa.
20 hero shots and multiple lifestyle and social media motives were realised in remote locations like the Waimangu Valley and the Redwood Forest on the North Island. Finishing the shoot in Fiordland National Park and the Catlins in the far south of New Zealand.
Stephan was recently awarded New Zealand’s Landscape Photographer of the Year for the third time at the prestigious OneEyland Awards.
In this Spotlight are some of his latest landscape pictures exhibiting in his Queenstown Gallery.

Germany - New Zealand: Romer Photography
Stephan’s most recent series, the new Audi R8 V10 Convertible was shot right on his doorstep in New Zealand - the Wakatipu Basin. CGI and Post by Dock2Studios Hamburg.
2022 has been a very successful year for Stephan with winning three Platinum, 14 Gold and three Honorable Mentions in the very prestigious EPA Awards.
Some of the winning pictures are Maniototo and the McLean Falls in the Catlins, New Zealand, and the Nugget Point lighthouse.
He also won the Golden Camera for New Zealand Photographer of the Year and made the third place worldwide with the OneEyland Awards.
