Susie began her career over 20 years ago in the pre-digital era, grounding her work in craft, precision and the ability to capture powerful moments in-camera. As technology has evolved, so has her practice—though she still brings the same discipline and attention to detail to every project.

Her strong grasp of visual storytelling has led to long-lasting collaborations with brands such as The Gleneagles Hotels, RBS, NatWest, Lululemon, Diageo, IHG, Radisson Hotels and Black & White Publishing. She has created imagery for several best-selling cookbooks, including titles by The Hebridean Baker, Scotland’s National Chef Gary Maclean and Great British Bake Off winner Peter Sawkins, as well as interiors book Pink House Living.

Susie’s work has appeared in leading publications including Condé Nast Traveller, Sunday Times Style, Elle Decoration, House Beautiful, Marie Claire, Good Housekeeping and more.

Based in Edinburgh, she works across the UK and internationally—equally at home shooting in remote landscapes or major cities.
