About
I have always been fascinated by photography. I was born in Colombia and lived in different
countries growing up. I would use my dad's Leicas M-3s to shoot a variety of images that
would catch my eye. After studying Anthropology and Cognitive psychology at the University
of Texas, I moved to San Miguel de Allende where I took a photography course and i was
hooked. I decided to study photography and now I make a living with what I truly love. I
have been very fortunate to have worked with, Fortune 500, advertising, branding and
graphic design agencies throughout the US as well as internationally.

Ricardo Merendoni is a Colombian-born photographer based in Texas with over 20 years of experience in the field. After completing his studies in anthropology and psychology, he discovered his passion for photography and decided to pursue it professionally.
Ricardo has specialised in portraiture and industrial photography, capturing the essence and personality of his subjects in his portraits, and the beauty and functionality of industrial products and machinery. His unique style and attention to detail have garnered him clients from Fortune 500 companies, design firms, and advertising agencies worldwide.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has captured a wide range of subjects, including executives, politicians, celebrities and athletes. He has worked with notable clients such as Microsoft, HP, SLB and JP Morgan Chase, to name a few.
Ricardo's photographs have been featured in several publications, including Forbes, Inc. Magazine, and Texas Monthly He has also won numerous awards for his work, including the Communication Arts Photography Award and multiple Gold Addys.
