    ''There is now a new ‘C’ word in town, which everyone is far too familiar with, so we will avoid it. Except to say that despite its upheaval for many, it hasn’t stopped Curve producing stunning automotive advertising imagery.

    During times of no photoshoots, creative agencies have relied on the CGI workflows that Curve have become synonymous with. Campaigns for Toyota’s new Mirai and the latest Renault Captur are just a couple of projects that have been entrusted to us.

    Now, as normality is on the horizon, and photoshoots are slowly beginning to happen again, the team are firing on all cylinders, with retouching and CGI being used in equal measure.

    ''It’s all new in Los Angeles.

    Our newest offices in Los Angeles are finally open in the Arts District. This is great news for all our US clients. The UK and the US teams are excited to be offering 24 hour post production services.

    We’ve been able to work even closer with photographer Dana Neibert and creative director Mike Brooks to create the launch imagery for the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. Work was produced in our UK and Los Angeles studios to place CGI vehicles into location photography.

    Working in Valencia with Patrick Curtet we created a series of beautiful images for the new Renault Megane RS. Curve provided on set retouching under the guidance of Nicolas Le Brun of Prodigious. We then finished the project back at our UK studio.''

    2017 has started just the same way as 2016 ended for the Curve team, with lots of exciting projects involving many of the great car manufacturers as well as a new emerging brand. The launch of the electric vehicle from the inspirational team at Lucid Motors saw a collaboration with Patrick Curtet to deliver a very different and fresh approach to automotive imagery.

    Also Grey NYC asked Curve to jump onboard to assist with the Volvo XC60 and V60 updates. "We were privileged to attend the shoot in ‘The Hamptons’, Long Island where we delivered on location retouching."

    The CGI department has also been busy, working again with Patrick Curtet on a set of Porsche images using assets shot in Chicago.
